Returns/Refund Policy

SECTION 1. WARRANTY

Our products include a 12-month repair or replacement warranty for any manufacturing issues or product defects. Please note, the warranty is void if the product shows signs of wear and tear or if the products have been incorrectly cleaned, used, or cared for.

SECTION 2. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind.

SECTION 3. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

SECTION 3.1 Manufactured Products (e.g., Water Bottles, Filters)

In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged manufactured product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be asked to provide video or photos to support your claim.

If your return is accepted:

    • You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
    • The product(s) must be returned in its original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included.
    • Once we receive your returned product(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 3.2 Health Products (e.g., Electrolytes, Prebiotics)

If you receive a health product that is out of date, spoiled, or otherwise not in line with commonly accepted standards, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. You may be asked to provide video or photos to support your claim.

If your return is accepted:

    • You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
    • The product(s) must be unopened and in its original packaging.
    • Once we receive your returned product(s), a replacement will be provided, or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

SECTION 4. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • For all returns, please contact our customer service team at shop@vitalivtherapy.com.au to initiate the return process.
  • If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to package the product(s) properly.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.

SECTION 5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any health product that has been opened or used, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or out of date.
