Returns/Refund Policy
REFUND & RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1. WARRANTY (PHYSICAL PRODUCTS PURCHASED ONLINE OR IN-STORE)
Our products are covered by a 12-month repair or replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects or product faults. This warranty becomes void if the product shows signs of wear and tear or if it has been improperly cleaned, used, or maintained.
SECTION 2. REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
SECTION 3. FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
3.1 Manufactured Products (e.g., Water Bottles, Filters)
If you receive a faulty or damaged manufactured product, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving the product. You may be required to provide video or photographic evidence to support your claim.
If your return is accepted:
•You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
•The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, along with any accessories or documentation that were included.
•Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
3.2 Health Products (e.g., Electrolytes, Prebiotics)
If you receive a health product that is expired, spoiled, or not in line with commonly accepted standards, please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receiving the product. You may be asked to provide video or photographic evidence to support your claim.
If your return is accepted:
•You will receive instructions on how to return the product(s).
•The product(s) must be unopened and in their original packaging.
•Upon receipt and verification of the returned product(s), a replacement will be provided or a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
SECTION 4. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
For all returns, please contact our customer service team at shop@vitalivtherapy.com.au to initiate the return process.
•If your return is accepted, you will receive a shipping label and instructions on how to properly package the product(s).
•We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
SECTION 5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any health product that has been opened or used, except in cases where the product is faulty, damaged, or has expired within 30 days of the purchase date.
SECTION 6. IV TREATMENTS AND PACKAGES
6.1 IV/IM Treatments
IV/IM treatments already received at Vital IV Therapy are non-refundable. As these are medical treatments and results can vary among individuals, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes; therefore, no refunds apply to services rendered.
6.2 IV Treatment Packages
6.2.1 Non-Refundable Package Commitment
•Upfront Payment Acknowledgment: Clients acknowledge that package pricing reflects a discount offered for upfront payment.
•Non-Refundability: Packages, once commenced, are non-refundable.
6.2.2 Change of Mind Policy
Should the client decide to discontinue the package:
•Package Recalculation: The package will be recalculated based on the full standard rate of each treatment already received.
•Deduction of Used Treatments: The total value of treatments received (at full standard rates) will be deducted from the total package price paid.
•Account Credit: The remaining balance after this deduction will be credited to the client’s account. This account credit may be used for future treatments at Vital IV Therapy but cannot be refunded as cash.

By making a purchase or booking a treatment with Vital IV Therapy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund and Return Policy.
