We service the Melbourne Metro area only. Call-out fees apply for locations more than 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD. We are unable to accept bookings outside the Melbourne Metro area.

There is no set limit on participants per visit, provided adequate space and time are available at the location. Please include the number of participants in your mobile booking form so we can plan accordingly. The $429 minimum spend applies per visit regardless of group size.

Yes. If your location is more than 30 minutes from Melbourne CBD, a call-out fee applies ($50 / $70 / $90 / $100 depending on distance). Our team will advise you of any applicable fee before confirming your booking.

Yes — a 10% surcharge applies to after hours and Saturday bookings, and a 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and Public Holidays. Availability on these days is not guaranteed. Call us on 0400 58 58 58 to check before submitting your request.

The deposit is refundable if we are unable to accept your booking or if you cancel more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. It is non-refundable for cancellations within 48 hours, non-completion of the Health & Consent Form, or if our nurse determines the environment is unsafe upon arrival. For new clients, the deposit is also non-refundable if you choose not to proceed with treatment following your initial consultation, as it covers the cost of your nurse travelling to your location.

All new clients are sent a Vital IV Therapy Client Health & Consent Form upon booking confirmation. This gathers your health information and serves as your consent to treatment. It is compulsory — no treatment will proceed without it.

Yes — all IV treatments require a valid script. First-time clients pay a one-off $55 scripting fee, valid for 12 months across our full range of treatments. Your nurse will manage this process with you.

Where possible, drink water beforehand and wear loose clothing with sleeves that roll up easily. Ensure a comfortable seated area is available for each participant. We understand that if you’re unwell or not feeling your best, preparation isn’t always possible — don’t let that stop you from booking. Our nurses are experienced in exactly these situations.

All treatments are administered by experienced registered nurses trained to manage adverse reactions. In the unlikely event of a complication, your nurse will manage the situation on-site and arrange further medical care if required. We ask that a sober, responsible adult is present at the location for the duration of all treatments.
